This handmade gift is made from slate which has been cut by hand. Each plaque is finished with natural rustic string so you can hang it up.
Each piece can be personalised with two lines of text, one line containing 25 characters which will appear in bold and one with 40 characters.
A cute heart motif appears above your personalisation, this can not be changed.
