Ordering Information

Before you begin to place an order, please read through the following instructions carefully...

  1. Order on Line
    When you have chosen your favourite invitations and accessories, just select the product and quantity required, click "Add to basket" and follow the on-screen instructions for your personal details, wording styles, typeface and ink colours. Once you have completed adding the items you require to your shopping basket, proceed to Check Out.

    Payment options:

    Here you have the option to choose 'Payment On-line' or 'Payment by Telephone'
    1. On-Line payment- following selection of this option you will be transferred to HSBC Secure on-line Banking for you to enter payment details.

      Please note:

      On-Line Payment is not available for customers outside of the UK due to various postal charges

    2. By Telephone payment- If you select 'Payment by Telephone', just confirm your order after selecting this option. One of our Customer Service team will contact you on the daytime telephone number that you have provided, to confirm order details and arrange payment.

  2. Print Order Form - Post or Fax
    Should you prefer not to order on line, simply download the order form and print, complete it clearly in black ink and send to us by post or fax. Please include your Credit/Debit card details, or, if paying by cheque/Postal Order, send this with your order form by post. You will find our address and fax number printed at the top of the order form.

  3. Telephone Order
    Call our FREEPHONE No 0800 3162016 and arrange an appointment with our Customer Service department and we will call you back to take your order. This applies to accessory or gift orders only, we recommend you don't use this facility for your stationery orders.
Ordering options and guidance

Wording - Wedding invitations, evening invitations, reply cards, thank you cards, order of service and menus can be printed in your own choice of wording, ink colour and lettering style.

Envelopes - Envelopes are provided with all wedding invitations and evening invitations at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. Reply cards include envelopes flat printed with the return address on the front at no additional charge. Please ensure you include the return address in the space provided on the order form.

Printed envelopes - We recommend that you have your return address printed on the flap of your invitation envelopes. The cost for this is just £12.50 for 100 or less, £1.00 for each additional 10.

Different Languages - Your wedding stationery may be printed in a language other than English. Please note: there will be an additional charge of £24.00 per item. Contact our Customer Service department to discuss your specific requirements.

Order Processing - The time taken to process your order will be 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. Please see order form for delivery times.

Delivery - Is by courier and will require a signature. Despatch outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland will be priced on application (POA).

Money Back Guarantee - We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of all our products. If you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet your quality expectations. Simply contact us within 21 days of delivery and return the items to us.
